#1. Start your health journal. 

a. Make notes on the bad days 

b. Make a monthly assessment of your progress

c. Analyze your assessment with your CRP graph.

d. Make note of that assessment and discuss it with your        Rheumatologist.

#2. Read the books referenced on the Recommended Reading tab

a. Make notes on what stands out to you from those books.

b. Test your theories from your notes with your journal.

#3. Explore treatment and methods that you can afford

a. Try a cleaner diet for 3 weeks 

b. Try incorporating more exercise diversity into your routine

c. Try implementing a stricter sleep routine.

d. Explore and identify possible deficiencies and remedies 

#4. Don't be afraid to ask for other tests if you want to explore your theories. You are paying for them after all.
